• Implementation is monitored through NPCC meetings, monthly reviews, the Output–Outcome Monitoring Framework (OOMF), and annual Common Review Missions (CRMs).
• Public Health and Hospitals are State subjects, making implementation the responsibility of State/UT Governments.
