You cannot search India's Forest Clearances at all
PARIVESH — the government's single-window portal for environment and forest clearances — returns a database error for every Forest Clearance search. Which forests are being cleared, for which projects, is effectively unsearchable by the public.
Evidence: The server responds with an internal fault — “JDBC exception executing SQL … master.proponent_applications …” — instead of results.

Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act requires every authority to proactively publish the contracts it awards and to whom. On most bodies' own portals, the winner and the final amount are simply absent — you must file an RTI to learn who received public money.
Evidence: Across the bodies archived here, award/result documents are missing from the tender records.
