The National Testing Agency, under the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, is purchasing 140 desktop computers through the GeM portal.
Who can bid / win?
Bidders must have a minimum average annual turnover of 300 Lakh (Rs 3 crore) for the last 3 years. OEMs must also have a minimum average annual turnover of 300 Lakh (Rs 3 crore) for the last 3 years. Bidders must have at least 3 years of experience supplying similar products to Central/State Govt Organizations, PSUs, or Public Listed Companies. MSEs (Micro/Small Enterprises) are exempt from turnover and experience criteria if they meet technical specifications. OEMs are exempt from OEM turnover criteria if they meet technical specifications. Traders are not eligible for MSE exemption.
