Who can bid / win?

Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized dealers/distributors of OEM with a valid dealership certificate, or bidders with a letter of authorization from OEM, having at least 5 years of experience in similar work (supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of gas-based automatic fire suppression systems for large office buildings/commercial premises/industrial houses). Must have executed at least three works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two works each costing not less than 50%, or one work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last five years. Must have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of the estimated cost for the last three financial years (ending June 30, 2026), supported by audited financial statements. Must have a service setup in Nagpur with supporting documents (registration, electricity bills, etc.). Must submit copies of detailed work orders, completion certificates, and client certificates in Bank's format. Must be registered on the CPPP portal.
