NCERT sets ₹1 crore annual turnover requirement for catering tender

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered firms under the Shop and Establishment Act with a registered/operating office in Delhi/NCR. They must have at least 5 years of experience in running hotels, hostel messes, guest houses, or canteens in government organizations, autonomous bodies, or large private companies. The firm must have an annual average turnover of at least Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) for the last three years. Required certifications include a valid FSSAI license, valid Labour License, Municipal/State Certificate as a bona fide caterer, PAN Card, GST Registration, and a Bank’s Solvency Certificate of Rs. 25,00,000/- issued in the current financial year. MSME-certified firms are exempt from EMD and tender fees.
