What is this tender for?

NCERT's Library and Documentation Division invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of vendors to supply print books and other documents to the Library and Documentation Centre (LDD) for a one-year period, extendable for two additional years based on performance.

Who can bid / win?

Vendors must have GST registration and PAN; have supplied printed books to at least 3 government universities (central/state) in the last 3 financial years (ending March 2025); have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 20 lakhs for each of the last 3 financial years (ending March 2025); submit a single highest-value purchase order for printed books from universities/research institutions (central/state government) in the last 3 financial years (ending March 2025); submit ITRs for last 3 financial years (ending March 2025); submit certified Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets for last 3 financial years (ending March 2025); be distributors/dealers for at least 3 international publishers (with valid authority letters); and not be debarred/blacklisted from any government organization.
