They must have completed similar road construction/maintenance works in the last 5 years, meeting one of the following thresholds: one work of Rs. 2,45,86,953/-, two works of Rs. 1,72,10,867/- each, or three works of Rs. 1,22,93,477/- each. Joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed. Bidders must demonstrate availability of specific equipment and personnel.
