The National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (a Government of India undertaking) is contracting for the One Time Improvement of the Bypassed section of Biswanath Chariali Town portion from Ch 201.100 to Ch 206.200 of NH-15 on Item rate basis in the State of Assam in FY-25-26.

Who can bid / win?

Bidders must have an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) equal to Rs. 583.21 Lakhs during the last five years (ending 31.03.2024), as certified by a Chartered Accountant. They must also have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one highway (road and/or bridge works)/airport runway contract of at least 40% of the proposed contract value (Rs. 233.28 Lakhs) within the last five years. Bidders must not be declared non-performing by MoRT&H/NHAI/NHIDCL or blacklisted/debarred by MoRT&H/NHAI/NHIDCL for a specified period. Joint ventures, consortiums, or any arrangement between two or more entities are not allowed.
