Bidders must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 136.30 lac over the last 3 years, and experience in completing at least one similar work of Rs. 68.15 lac (minimum 50% of estimated cost) or two similar works each of Rs. 47.71 lac (minimum 35% of estimated cost) or three similar works each of Rs. 34.08 lac (minimum 25% of estimated cost) over the last 5 years.
