What is this tender for?

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. (NHIDCL) is inviting bids for maintenance work on specific sections of National Highway 8 (New) in Assam, covering road maintenance, bridges, culverts, drains, signage, and other related assets within the Right of Way.

Who can bid / win?

Bidders must have either: (1) a single work of Rs. 1,306.05 lakh (minimum 50% of estimated cost) in the last 5 years, or (2) two similar works each of Rs. 914.24 lakh (minimum 35% of estimated cost) in the last 5 years, or (3) three similar works each of Rs. 653.03 lakh (minimum 25% of estimated cost) in the last 5 years. Additionally, bidders must have an average annual turnover of Rs. 2,612.11 lakh (estimated cost of work) over the last 3 years. Bidders must also register on the e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.in) with a valid registration at the time of bid submission.
