NHIDCL bans joint ventures, allows only sole bidders for Tripura road repair

Who can bid: Bidders must be sole entities (no Joint Ventures allowed). They must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 456.15 Lakh during the last 3 years. They must have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing highway/road construction/maintenance contracts of similar nature during the last 5 years, meeting one of the following thresholds: a single work of Rs. 228.08 Lac, two similar works each of Rs. 159.65 Lac, or three similar works each of Rs. 114.04 Lac. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal (eorocure.gov.in) with a valid registration at the time of bid submission.
