Bidders must have an average turnover of 20 Lacs for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-2021; at least 20 years of experience in designing and printing with reputed businesses; and must upload two major work orders of at least Rs. 10.00 lacs each for the financial years 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-2021 from government departments, PSUs, or reputed business organizations. They must also provide PAN card, GST registration certificate, and a declaration stating they are not blacklisted by any ministry or department.
