Bidders must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 275.10 lac over the last 3 years, and must have completed at least one similar work of Rs. 137.55 lac (minimum 50% of estimated cost) or two similar works each of Rs. 96.29 lac (minimum 35%) or three similar works each of Rs. 68.78 lac (minimum 25%) in highway/road construction/Protection works within the last 5 years. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.in) with a valid registration at the time of bid submission.
