Bidders must have an average annual turnover of at least Rs. 11.81 crore over the last 3 years, or have completed at least one work of Rs. 5.91 crore (minimum 50% of the estimated cost), or two works each of Rs. 4.14 crore (minimum 35% of the estimated cost), or three works each of Rs. 2.95 crore (minimum 25% of the estimated cost) of similar nature in the last 5 years. Bidders must also be registered on the e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.in) with a valid registration at the time of bid submission.
