Additionally, they must have completed either: (i) two similar works costing not less than 25% of the estimate cost each, or (ii) one similar work costing not less than 35% of the estimate cost, within the last 5 years. Joint Ventures (JV) are not allowed; only sole bidders are accepted. Firms declared non-performing or blacklisted by MoRT&H/NHAI/NHIDCL are excluded.
