Reserve Bank of India to hire consultancy for Amaravati office and residential complex

NBCC (India) Limited is contracting with architectural and engineering consultancy firms to provide services for constructing an Office Complex and Officers' & Staff Residential Complex for the Reserve Bank of India in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, on an EPC basis.

Who can bid: Bidders must have experience in providing architectural and engineering consultancy services for at least one successfully completed residential-cum-non-residential complex or non-residential complex (e.g., hospital, university, office building) with a minimum built-up area of 56,658 sqm, completed within the last 7 years. They must also have completed three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated project cost, or two works each costing not less than 50%, or one work costing not less than 80%. Joint ventures, consortia, and foreign bidders are not eligible.
