RBI Nagpur to spend ₹23.35 lakh on 2X30 KVA UPS system

The Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur is contracting for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 2X30 KVA Uninterrupted Power Supply System in N+1 Parallel Redundant Mode, along with a Comprehensive AMC, for its Main Office Building in Nagpur. The work is estimated to cost ₹23,35,000 (including GST).

Who can bid: Only Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized distributors/firms with minimum 5 years' experience in similar UPS system projects (30 KVA or higher rating) for large office buildings/commercial premises/industrial houses, having executed at least one work completed by July 31, 2021. They must have executed similar works costing: (a) three works each ≥40% of estimated cost, (b) two works each ≥50% of estimated cost, or (c) one work ≥80% of estimated cost during the last 5 years (on or before July 31, 2026). They must have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of estimated cost for the last 3 financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26), supported by audited financial statements. They must have a valid ISO certificate for UPS manufacturing, a service setup in Nagpur (with supporting documents), and a solvency/bankers certificate for an amount ≥ estimated cost. Bidders must be registered on the CPPP portal.
