What is this tender for?
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is contracting for a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for three EPABX systems: one Siemens Hipath 4000 system with 300 analog extensions (currently 200 operating) installed in the telephone exchange, and two Siemens Hipath 1150 mini systems installed in the Director and Joint Director offices.
Who can bid / win?
Bidders must be the OEM or authorized dealer of the EPABX systems. They must provide proof of experience in providing AMC/CAMC support for EPABX systems in government/PSU/Autonomous bodies for the last three financial years (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19), with an annual turnover of at least Rs. 5.00 lakh for the same period, as certified by a Chartered Accountant. They must also have a registered service center in Delhi/NCR.
