NCERT is contracting for the installation of a 100 Mbps (1:1) uncompressed and unshared leased line in optical fibre for uninterrupted internet connectivity at NCERT Headquarters and CIET.
Who can bid / win?
Bidders must have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 30 lakh for 2016-17, 2017-18, and 2018-19 (certified by a CA), three years of experience in providing internet services to government departments/public sector entities/autonomous bodies, a valid ISP Category 'A' license from DOT, GST registration, PAN card in the firm's name (or proprietor's PAN with ITR proof), and a solvency certificate for Rs. 30 lakh (not older than six months).
