What is this tender for?
NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training) is seeking to empanel vendors for the distribution of NCERT textbooks and publications across Indian states/UTs and abroad, starting from January 1, 2022.
Who can bid / win?
Reputed stockists/whole sellers with experience in book distribution, sound financial background, and ability to meet annual business targets (Rs. 20,000 for Category A states/UTs/abroad, Rs. 10,000 for Category B states/UTs). Must submit financial documents (trading account, profit and loss, balance sheet for 2018-19 and 2019-20), income tax returns, PAN card, and an affidavit. Application fee of Rs. 1,000 is required.
