Offline Tender (Technical & Financial) are invited for the Rate of Contract of Job items for the Repair / Servicing of Hot equipments on Job Order Basis

What is this tender for?

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is inviting tenders for a rate contract to repair and service hot equipment items (such as geysers, oil-filled radiators, heat convectors, room heaters, and mosquito repellents) on a job order basis. The initial contract period is one year, with possible extensions of two more years based on satisfactory performance.

Who can bid / win?

Bidders must have a registered office in NCT of Delhi, three years of experience in repairing hot equipment items (with self-attested certificates for 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22), an annual turnover of one lakh rupees for 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21, a PAN card, GST registration, and ITR copies for the last three financial years. They must also submit a tender fee of Rs. 500 and an EMD of Rs. 5,000. MSME/NSIC registered vendors are exempt from the tender fee and EMD.
