They must provide documents including a shop land establishment certificate, income tax/service tax/GST orders for 3 years, annual accounts authenticated by a chartered accountant, proof of minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 5,00,000 for 3 years, a valid FSSAI license, GST/service tax registration, a bank solvency certificate of Rs. 5,00,000, and a municipal/state certificate as a bonafide caterer.
