The Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET) under NCERT is contracting CERT-In empaneled agencies to conduct a security audit of the DIKSHA Portal, DIKSHA Mobile Application, and N-VSK Portal.
Who can bid / win?
Bidders must be CERT-In empaneled agencies with a valid empanelment letter, not blacklisted by any government institution, registered with tax authorities (GST), have completed at least three security audits of web/mobile applications with 1 lakh+ users/downloads in the last three financial years (2020-21 to 2022-23), have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 2.50 Crores for FY 2019-20 to 2021-22, have at least five employees with six different cybersecurity certifications from a specified list, and hold a quality assurance accreditation (SEICMM/ESCM/CMMI/ISO).
