(ii) Construction of 2-Lane Specification Road with Paved Shoulder as Realignment (Greenfield Alignment) of Existing Stretch between Legship to Gyalshing of NH-510 (Design Chainage from Km 75.000 to Km 90.210) under SARDP-NE Phase ”A” on EPC Mode in the State of Sikkim-(Package- VI)”" (Tender Reference No.: 2026_NHIDC_918372_1), published by National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL).

Under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I request the following information pertaining to the above-mentioned tender:

1. The current status of this tender (whether it has been awarded, cancelled, retendered, or is still pending).
2. The name of the successful bidder/agency to whom the contract was awarded, and the final awarded/contract value.
3. The total number of bids/offers received, and the names of all bidders who participated.
4. A copy of the comparative statement / evaluation summary (technical and financial) on the basis of which the award decision was taken.
5. A copy of the work order / Letter of Award / Acceptance of Offer (AoC) issued pursuant to this tender.

I am willing to pay the fee prescribed under the Act. Kindly provide the information within the 30-day period stipulated under Section 7(1). If any part of this information is held by or more closely concerns another public authority, I request that this application be transferred under Section 6(3) and that I be informed accordingly.
