Reference: Tender titled "Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting - Expansion and Renovation of Ladies and Gents Washroom, Ground Floor, near Banking Department, Main Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru" (Tender Reference No.: 25543), published by Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Respected Sir/Madam,

Under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I request the following information pertaining to the above-mentioned tender:

1. The current status of this tender (whether it has been awarded, cancelled, retendered, or is still pending).
2. The name of the successful bidder/agency to whom the contract was awarded, and the final awarded/contract value.
3. The total number of bids/offers received, and the names of all bidders who participated.
4. A copy of the comparative statement / evaluation summary (technical and financial) on the basis of which the award decision was taken.
5. The recorded reasons/justification for each corrigendum/amendment issued to this tender, along with the name and designation of the authority who approved them.
6. A copy of the work order / Letter of Award / Acceptance of Offer (AoC) issued pursuant to this tender.

I am willing to pay the fee prescribed under the Act. Kindly provide the information within the 30-day period stipulated under Section 7(1). If any part of this information is held by or more closely concerns another public authority, I request that this application be transferred under Section 6(3) and that I be informed accordingly.

• પોસ્ટ દ્વારાઃ તેને છાપો, જાહેર સત્તામંડળના હિસાબ અધિકારીની તરફેણમાં Rs.10 ભારતીય ટપાલ આદેશ જોડો અને તેને બતાવેલ PIO સરનામાં પર મોકલો.
• તમે ભારતીય નાગરિક હોવા જોઈએ; સત્તામંડળે 30 દિવસની અંદર જવાબ આપવો પડશે (કલમ 7). વિનંતીનું કોઈ કારણ આપવાની જરૂર નથી.
