Reference: Tender titled "Demolition of existing structures and then re-construction of residential buildings for the officers of RBI, on its freehold land at Plot No. GC-4, Lohianagar, Kankarbagh Distt-Patna, Bihar including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installation, Electrical Installations, DG Set Electrical Sub-Station, Powe Backup, Lifts, Fire Fighting System, Furniture, Gym Equipment, other E and M works , CCTV, LAN Solar Water Heaters, OHT UGT, RWH, STP and External Development Work, Land- scaping and Art Work etc. in the EPC Mode-III" (Tender Reference No.: 25869), published by Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Respected Sir/Madam,

Under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I request the following information pertaining to the above-mentioned tender:

1. The current status of this tender (whether it has been awarded, cancelled, retendered, or is still pending).
2. The name of the successful bidder/agency to whom the contract was awarded, and the final awarded/contract value.
3. The total number of bids/offers received, and the names of all bidders who participated.
4. A copy of the comparative statement / evaluation summary (technical and financial) on the basis of which the award decision was taken.
5. A copy of the work order / Letter of Award / Acceptance of Offer (AoC) issued pursuant to this tender.

I am willing to pay the fee prescribed under the Act. Kindly provide the information within the 30-day period stipulated under Section 7(1). If any part of this information is held by or more closely concerns another public authority, I request that this application be transferred under Section 6(3) and that I be informed accordingly.
