Reference: Tender titled "Repair, Maintenance and Improvement of riding quality of the selected sections of Jorhat-Jhanji on NH-37(Old) in the State of Assam in FY:25-26: 2nd Call: 2 nd Call" (Tender Reference No.: (as per the tender title below)), published by National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL).

Under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, I request the following information pertaining to the above-mentioned tender:

1. The current status of this tender (whether it has been awarded, cancelled, retendered, or is still pending).
2. The name of the successful bidder/agency to whom the contract was awarded, and the final awarded/contract value.
3. The total number of bids/offers received, and the names of all bidders who participated.
4. A copy of the comparative statement / evaluation summary (technical and financial) on the basis of which the award decision was taken.
5. The recorded reasons/justification for each corrigendum/amendment issued to this tender, along with the name and designation of the authority who approved them.
6. A copy of the work order / Letter of Award / Acceptance of Offer (AoC) issued pursuant to this tender.
